Delivery Manager
Current- Going through the whole process of a network change from the planning stage until the completion of the change.- Responsible for project delivery through Telefonica/Virgin Media Network working together with different Project Managers- Prepare the upcoming events that will take place in the network based on a proper-schedule, Implementation and Back-Up plans, getting all the necessary approvals, booking all resources needed and sending accurate info to parties as early as possible in order to inform them about our events- Defining the project implementation plan in agreement with all parties involved. Analyzing project risks, establishing the necessary pre-checks / post-checks steps, defining backout decision criteria or incident cases if needed to cover the issues occurred during the event.- Preparing of Risk Assessment, Service Impact Assessment, Backout Plan, Test Plan, assure of receiving correct Radio and Transmissions Plans in time from planners, sites impacted and collision checks through the scheduled plan- Creating Change Requests in time for covering the works in order to receive approvals from Change Management and other entities. As well, solving different blocking points from the approval process when needed.- Take Go/No Go change decisions in agreement with all involved parties- Performing Event Control - Controlling the event on Nokia or Ericsson 2G/3G/4G sites, making sure everything is in place and in accordance with the Implementation Plan, Rollback Decision if needed, Impact Analys, managing pre and post event performance of the network, Keeping in touch with Drive Tester on the field and with all departments involved.- Performing Audit Control - ensuring that the event control has been according to the plan, informing all parties about the completion of the network change, make sure all old data are removed from the network.
