Group Customer Services Manager
Current- Main responsibility to review, design and implement Customer Services Strategy in Group level. In this role, focus will be on following areas:
- analysis and evaluation of customer services’ operations effectiveness and efficiency and actions to develop, modernize/digitize and improve.
- new services design and implementation in alignment with company strategic directions. Ensure collaboration within different departments of our company and provision of technical support to sales and pre-sales.
- ensure close collaboration with vendors and strategic partners and coordinate so that Customer Services team will execute its commercial and contractual agreements by meeting and exceeding customer standards.
