Handling installation of new machine and routine preventive & breakdown maintenance.  Successfully implemented 3 Core Composer (New machines)resulting in 30% increase in the production.  Successfully implemented 800 MW Solar project resulting in 20%reduction in electricity cost.  Interaction with engineers coming from abroad & helping them ininstallation of machines. Developed various SOPs for installation and maintenance resultingin process simplification.  Responsible for creating PM Orders in SAP and assisting variousstakeholders in month end closing.  Bench-marking of processes and practices with other factories.  Responsible for raising Purchase Requisitions for new spare parts.  Maintaining record of machine spare parts and breakdowns withtheir solutions.
