My responsibilities included public relations, producing a bi-weekly newsletter, internal and external communications through various channels and managing a wonderful team.The challenges were to ensure brand growth while maintaining a consistent presence across all communication channels and to meet tight deadlines while ensuring a good and open workplace for all employees.This role has enabled me to develop my leadership, strategic planning and organization, as well as effective communication, adaptability, and flexibility skills.

While freelancing offered me the flexibility of working hours and location, it also required me to be highly disciplined to maintain a consistent schedule. In my role supporting influencers, I learned the importance of building trust and navigating their unique needs. One of the biggest challenges was staying on top of ever-changing influencer trends. Onboarding new partners was a rewarding experience, but it pushed me to improve my communication skills to effectively represent the brand, and evaluating new opportunities against brand values became a valuable skill, and I learned to identify potential risks while ensuring a positive brand image when engaging with new brand advocates.
