I am expert on alternative financing and very engaged with the promotion of diversification of financing sources for mid companies. Currently working as financial consultant at Afi, where one of my main responsibilities is the advisory for companies on the issuance of fixed income instruments, especially in the frame of MARF bonds. Throughout my career, I have gained a deep understanding of fixed income instruments and markets, and I have increased my awareness on ESG bond issuance. Regarding sectoral expertise, I would remark renewable energies, shipping, and real estate. In the context of alternative financing, I am also very close to crowdfunding platforms (debt & equity) and to the Spanish Alternative Equity Market (MaB). Besides of my work as financial consultant, I am lecturer mainly in the areas of corporate finance, corporate valuation, alternative financing and real estate investing.
