The main purpose of my role is assist Human Resources Department maintain staff data information that is accurate at all times and provide correct information that aid in decision making to the management and other management information users. My role is also responsible for assisting in elimination/reduction of manual processes in HR department, while providing acceptable services to both internal/external customers, as well as engaging in projects within the department/the Bank in view of developing solutions to identified Business challenges. Other key responsibilities of this role are:To collect raw data from different sources tracking and compiling the same in various desired formats that suit management and other users’ requirements i.e. Talent Management, succession planning, Remuneration reviews.Presenting data for trend analysis- updating new recruits, transfers and exits in the system to produce monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as requested.Manage HRSS for new employees and resolve queries associated with the SAP system.Manage, maintain and update org structures.Ensure that all the reporting relations are correct on SAP HR systems.Produce monthly reports for the EXCO & Management on HR related activities for the bank.Develop and maintain a HR shared drive

The main purpose of this role was to coordinate the activities of the Help Desk within the IT department. My role was responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the fault management process and ensuring that faults are logged, assigned to the suitable IT resources, resolved and escalated as necessary in order to meet agreed timeframes in the SLAs. Other key responsibilities of this role were:Monitoring of Helpdesk call lines and emails to ensure that all faults are logged.To ensure feedback to users on progress of faults or incidents logged.Coordinate and compile daily/ monthly statistics and reporting for IT management.Coordinate and compile weekly statistics for the Manager, Group Service Delivery Change & Design for IT Africa.Provide some first level support for common faults or incidents

A role that i did fresh from University.This role involved capturing of customers details into the Branch Power system. It was a role that required one to have discipline, fast typing speed as well as a high level of accuracy. It was here that I was awarded the best performer in the KYC department 4 months in a row.
