These resources are working on dedicated tasks, like:1. One team works on hunting and sourcing the right products, shortlist suppliers, take samples and negotiate with the finalized manufacturers.2. Another team handles communication with suppliers, inventory forecasting, ordering, production overviewing, QA & QC, and inland transportation etc. Based on the inventory situation, this team decides mode of shipment as well.3. A 3rd team handles shipments. There it is ensured that dimensions, condition and barcodes etc. are rightly placed. This team also tracks the shipments until they reach destinations. Missing units are also investigated by this team.4. Another team does listing creation & optimization and PPC campaigns management. Based on the requirements and results, this team creates and optimizes PPC campaigns and listings. The same team handles the content writing for listing and ads.5. This last section does the graphic designing, photography and website development work.
