-Processing vendor’s invoice, utility bill, petty cash for 19 different active venue spaces.-Prepare payment (4 cycles a month) for rental, CP204, refund of member's deposits.-Update cashflow (twice a month) to be reliable for the presentation to the finance team to the top management.-Compile member’s cost for AR billing back charge for courier and call charge.-Monthly account closing and meeting deadlines as set.-Match invoice with PO, ensure invoice, DO, service report & all supporting are signed with correct matrix approval-Key into Dynamics accounting system-Pull aging data to plan for payment and member’s refund-Prepare payment journal, save soft copy in the designated Finance folder-Update actual payment, member’s refund and forecast-complete welcome pack record and IT cost compilation-Assist GL for accrual - liaise with other department for actual costincurred-Liaise with landlord or building management for invoice or CN issue if necessary-Ensure all department’s submission are properly adhere to the company’s policy and SOP, 1 to 1 guidance is encouraged whenever is necessary
