Continuing my work with Team for Kids, I transitioned to focusing on our charity team of runners' fundraising for NYRR's youth and community programs. I am in charge of auditing our fundraising resources, hosting consultations and office hours, and providing support to our fundraisers for each Abbott World Major Marathons and NYRR races. Throughout my time, I have become well accustomed to handling matching gifts, developing marketing campaigns, and analyzing fundraising trends and tactics.

As a Team for Kids Communications & Community Engagement Intern, I streamlined communications and helped host webinars and consultations for our charity team of runners to inform them of current events and to assist them in fundraising for NYRR's youth and community programs. As an intern, I was able to gain insight and experience from each role on our team, including managing operations, customer service, marketing, and increasing engagement with our charity's branding and overall company's mission.

I served as a Resident Assistant for a floor of 54 residents in a first-year residence hall for two years. I created a sense of belonging on my floor by utilizing several initiatives including hosting 22 floor-wide events and six building-wide events yearly, with several collaborations between other Resident Assistants and Faculty. My events centered on inclusivity, community, and wellness by exploring aspects of New York City, introducing different cultures, and encouraging new connections through common interests.
