I am a student at the University of Tennessee studying Business Management with a collateral in Information Management. Something that comes naturally to me is creating close relationships with others and work hard with each other to achieve goals; this is what energizes me. I work hard when it comes to anything I have to do. This includes work, school, and relationships. I believe when you work hard, you receive greater results. Some of my business interests include the steps a company will take in order to keep the business running. My experiences with leading have prepared me to pursue a career where I can utilize my knowledge in any business setting. I had the opportunity to lead and manage at my previous job where I have learned how to be an effective leader. My career goal after college is to lead a team of individuals at Clayton Homes, where I currently work, towards multiple goals.
