Coordinated preliminary testing of a novel fluorescence imaging device developed by Neurescence Inc. Developed technical protocols for industry professionals, conducted market research, and participated in product development. Successfully developed a surgical protocol that helped increased the company's market share and is currently used to train future users of its technology. My work on this project was awarded an Ontario Center for Excellence (OCE) TalentEdge Fellowship.

Assisted with data collection and analysis of saccadic eye movement, electroencephalography (EEG) activity and questionnaires assessing mood, alertness and drug effect. Implemented CANTAB software for testing mild cognitive impairment in humans and tracked participants’ sleep schedule using Actiwatches (actigraphy devices) and sleep questionnaires.My work was supported by the CGS-Michael Smith Foreign Study Award which facilitates international collaborations.

Assisted with the operation and maintenance of a mass spectrometer and HPLC. Performed computer-based proteomic analysis. Organized the patient-directed electronic database granted by PSI for the entire division.I was awarded a summer scholarship and published 5 research articles.
