Outlook/Mails on client's PCs, smartphones using MS Outlook.• Administers and supports Anti-Virus and anti-malware solutions for desktops and laptops.• Orientation and configuration of print server and printing and imaging solutions. • Configuration/troubleshooting printing problems both for network & shared printers.• Resolving basic network connectivity issues.• Replacing hardware components in PCs• Troubleshooting and diagnosing system failure.• Logging and tracking all system and process issues and incidents using KAA helpdesk.• Performing cleanups for PCs which have become slow. • Basic skills of SAP system.• Configure devices to the local area network and AD domain and replacing hardware components in PCs if needed.• Maintenance of inventory database of all IT hardware and software.• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. • Configure ongoing CPU, memory, disk, and performing cleanups for PCs which have become slow. • Work as a team member with other technical staff such as networking to ensure that security and connectivity is maintained within the organization.
