Head Of Supplier Management, Apac
Current- Managing complex supplier partner contracts and relationship across multiple markets within APAC- Deliver company objectives related to cost reduction, supplier management, b-end market orders and cost avoidance.- Review purchasing and process practices to effectively translate the strategic sourcing into action.- Establish and develop relationship with ISP, carrier and Telecom and Equipment organizations within APAC. Travel on a monthly basis to build relationships with partners and understanding the market strategy as well as sourcing new products suitable for stakeholders within the company. - Prepare strategic sourcing business cases, ROI models, supplier partner communications plans and contracting options.- Work closely with legal team and procurement stakeholders to develop and execute negotiation strategies that include most favorable options for pricing, process,service and quality.- Drive an optimized cost base on the carrier/provider services by setting up and maintaining an optimal mix of carrier/providers per market and proactively track progress.- Own supplier relationship management, lead supplier rationalization and segmentation initiatives- Keep track of new developments in the designated region in terms of available service, market pricing, service levels and regulatory environment- Support sales with commercial projects where additional services/solutions/or special commercial conditions from carriers/providers are required.- Leading a team of 6 on strategic level.- Work closely with sales and internal stakeholders on strategic customers’ requirements.- work on procurement strategies and process to develop world class Supplier Management Team.
