Power Corner is an Engie’s start-up aiming to develop sustainable mini-grids and act as a micro-utility to provide electricity access in rural Africa. The objective is to scale in Tanzania where Power Corner has already a pilot project and is currently developing several more. Beyond Tanzania, the goal is to be a leader of the mini-grid market with a key role in framing regulation and technologies.Key responsabilities:• Manage and coordinate the launch of Power Corner in new markets within Sub-Saharan Africa• Support the testing of Mini-Grids, pricing, marketing, sales, distribution, partner integration and service within the new markets and communities• Analyze legal and administrative frameworks for Mini-Grids• Responsible for commercial activity, developing a commercialization plan to be executed • Close commercial agreements with key partners and build long term relationships with key partner stakeholders• Responsible for innovative solutions for revenues increase and cost decrease
