One of the goals of the municipality of Zeist is to strenghten the nature in the Kromme Rijn area and to prepare the area for the future. Zeist is one of the partners of the 'Kromme Rijn Linie Landschap' pilot of the provincie of Utrecht, with the goal to restore nature, strenghten the cultural identity and build towards a future proof agricultural model. As project manager I am responsible for relationship management, planning, budget and end products, partipation with the relevant stakeholders and to represent the voice of Zeist in the pilot.

The fortifications of Muiden are part of UNESCO world heritage. The restoration of the ramparts in East Muiden are part of the lager program 'Verder met de Vesting Muiden'. The goal is to restore the ramparts, to make an attractive route towards Muiderslot and to revive the square attaching both ramparts. My role as project manager is to draft the Plan of Action, coordinate the Program Requirements and to manage the participation proces.

The DOEN Foundation’s aim is to contribute to the transition of a green and inclusive economy where entrepreneurs (social and sustainable) contribute demonstrable and positively to people and the planet. To make this transition sustainable, financial profit is a precondition, not an end in itself.I am responsible for managing the 'Circular Entrepreneurship' and 'Sustainable Energy' portfolios at the DOEN Foundation. A central element to the job is dealing with stakeholders, contractors and external partners as well as allocating project budgets. As first point of contact for both applicants and clients, I monitor the procedures regarding project applications from start to finish. This involves evaluating and reporting, executing due diligence, organizing and related account management duties. Within the Circular Entrepreneurship program I focus on landscape restoration entreprises. We finance entrepreneurs who combine regenerative practices with a solid business case, while learning about the opportunities and barriers in this field and helping the entrepreneurs forward. We do this not only with financial instruments, but also by connecting them and trying to move the sector towards a green and inclusive economy.
