Sono la resposabile degli e-commerce del Gruppo Seven (Seven, Invicta) del Gruppo Tecnica (Rollerblade, Moon Boot, Tecnica) ed Infinity. Oltre alla gestione strategica e commerciale dei negozi, condivisa con i referenti dei vari brand, in questa nuova posizione mi sono confrontare con una realtà di e-commerce molto più consolidata e complessa in quanto, ad esempio la piattaforma Magento di Seven integra gli ordini degli store online con quelli dei marketplace Amazon (Italia, UK, Germania, Francia, Spagna e US) ed EBay (Italia, Francia, Germania, Francia) con il quale l'agenzia ha stipulato il Partenership program.

I manage some e-commerce websites, for some of the most important Italian brands of clothing as Original Marines, Duvetica and Camomilla Italia, in terms of commercial and operational, I decide and implement the strategies in terms of trade policy, promotions and merchandising.I put in action operations of web marketing to accelerate sales and I collaborate with other business depts of marketing, communications, customer care and administration.I manage the direct contact with the customers (brands) in the steps related to the definition of the business plan and its maintenance, the buying, as well as the analysis and control of KPI and online sales of the store.The e-commerce web sites are based on Magento and Wordpress platforms.

New director, new departement division. I have the coordination role between Sales Dept. and Production and Product dept, I menage all analytics documents (brefing, price list, statistical books). I also connected the sales network, agents and store manager, with sales dept.

I work next to the Italian Sales Manager to manage the partnership with the key clients, franchisings and shops inshop. This task lets me to improve my ability in problem solving and market analysis, workingwith clients, sales network (agents and store managers), internal and external visualmerchandisers and so forth.

I have been the sales analyst for all Sportswear brands: 18CRR81, Coast+Weber+Ahaus, Henry Cotton’s and Marina Yachting. I dealt with sales quantitative and qualitative analysis of orders, keeping a marked connection with all the sales departments, the area managers and the business unit directors.

I was in charge of all back office activities for Italian market and sales analysis both for Italian andabroad markets.
