🗒Software Developer with 6 years of experience in backend development. In most of my past projects I worked with Java 8/11/17, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST and Agile.👨‍💻My main role is a backend developer. For me it's important not only to do my regular tasks, but to be interested in improvements and optimizations of my work and work of my colleagues. For instance, I like generating ideas how to make my work and work of my colleagues on the project easier, more effective and comfortable, making scripts for difficult parts of my work if possible, learning and implementing new technologies.💡 I would highlight the following experience and achievement from the last couple of years:1) I was responsible for improving the onboarding process on one of my past projects. When I joined this project, I noticed that the initial steps, project structure, and project processes weren't easy. So, I suggested to my team lead to create detailed pages on Confluence as a part of my own onboarding. I had completed it and made changes when newbies faced non-obvious moments. As a result, onboarding process became more clear to newbies.2) On the same project I made a configuration for each repository to make easier for every developer to run a service or to configure environment. Most of it involved docker-compose scripts and IDEA configuration (stored in a special folder and automatically imported into IDEA when the project was pulled from a remote repository). For some difficult cases I wrote shell-scripts, because I found that some processes are not easy to use in development. For instance, we had a specific long authorization process to get a token for our services even on developers workstations, so I decided to automate it and make user-friendly for every developer. I believe it made our work more comfortable and effective.3) The same project. I was a KeyDev.
