Project - WFP funded Food for Assistance (FFA) program for the returned IDPs of NMD Khyber, Orakzai, South Waziristan, and North Waziristan. It was a community driven project where IDPs were engaged in the revival of basic infrastructures, trainings, and other productive activities while in return they were supported with food packages or cash. Since the project target outreach was very expanded, therefore, the project was implemented with large team of 46 staff members. In this project, my role was to ensure transparency in cash / food distributions, beneficiaries selection and engagement, assist the teams across districts in the implementation of project activities, and monitoring and reporting.Provides technical support to M&E officers working on different geographical area office in capturing, organizing, ensuring quality of dataLeads and managing the planning reporting and M&E unit Lead Research ,Impact Evaluation survey and baselineField visits on regular basis for on-going monitoring of program activities and verification of data already collectedOrganized the monitoring and evaluation system through framework development, staff guidance, and program reviewReviews the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of data reported from the field office and approves data for further analysis Developed and implemented performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement Follow up and supports the M&E officers in producing timely regular reports

In this project, my assigned duty station was district Khyber and was responsible to project planning, monitoring and reporting.
