EA’s finance shared services are a global organization with significant presence in India where his team delivers financial planning & analysis (FP&A), purchase to pay (P2P), accounts receivables, general accounting services. I transformed the India location finance to align to EA's global finance policies & practices including implementation of Oracle R12 EBS, sourcing policies, guiding streamlining of purchasing, accounts payable and other related processes.At Bridge International Academies as Director of Global Business Services partnering with CXOs and Bridge Operating Country Leaders to build a new organisation ground up in Hyderabad, India to provide Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, IT Operations and Content Development services to all operating countries in Africa & India as well as support offices in USA & UK.#gbs #gcc #globaloperations

    aerodroneX UAS was born after the 90+ days of Covid19 lock-down when I got the opportunity to spend a week outdoors learning about Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) a.k.a Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) popularly known as DRONES. This was a learning opportunity with real-life experience after many online learning sessions, webinars and marathon Netflix streaming during the lock-down causing the infamous zoom fatigue.The pure joy of basking under the June mild sun got me thinking about potential opportunities and business applications of drones. The use of drones was highly discussed topic in Indian media after drones were used for lockdown & locust management.The business of flying drones is regulated by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Director General of Civil Aviation which is in discussion with the industry to set the road-map and policy for the civil use of drones. This has got the start up communities hopes high, me included. These are my early steps into a completely different & exciting industry. Over the next few months my focus would to learn about industrial applications of drones, supply chain - logistics, warehousing and related emerging technologies and applications.
