- Primarily responsible on funds management and governance in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. - Funds under management including Tracker Fund of Hong Kong (2800.HK), ABF Pan Asia Bond Index Fund (2821.HK), SPDR Greater China Fund, SPDR STI Fund, SPDR Gold Fund (2840.HK) and a series of Luxembourg SICAV funds distributed in Hong Kong

- Formulation of business strategy and provide recommendation to meet business target- Design and drive marketing campaign to achieve the business goals- Responsible for fund selection, product due diligence and on-going fund monitoring- Liaise with internal parties to drive and implement new regulatory requirements- Response and answer regulators' enquiries and act a key contact person of regulators

- Lead the team to develop and maintain investment advisory materials to stimulate investment funds sales with a client base over 500,000, e.g. providing coaching and regular market updates to front line sales- Plan and implement business plan and sales campaign to achieve overall sales target for investment linked products, e.g. organize client seminars and agency incentive programs- Drive and implement new regulators’ requirements of ILAS products including selling process in Hong Kong and Macau- Coordinate and liaise with fund houses on marketing initiatives and new fund launches- Committee member of AIA Hong Kong to propose new funds - Conduct fund due diligence and ongoing monitoring on fund performanceAchievements- Managed fund rationalization project to increase company trailer income by USD 1 million in 12 months- Successful authorizations by HK SFC on HK first ever ILAS as a qualified ILAS with Enhanced Key Facts Statement- Organized AIA Fund Expo (a remarkable marketing event of investment seminar in AIA) for more than 5,000 customers

- Responsible for due diligence process and product risk rating of over 300 investment products incl. unit trusts, RMB bonds and structured products- Reviewed product materials and prepared product approval reports- Developed and coordinated investment product launch- Conducted technical training to 300 relationship managers and 52 branches- Implemented regulator’s requirements on existing 600 investment products

- Developed and managed new investment products launch including unit trusts, open-architecture investment linked platforms, structured products and hedge funds- - Provided investment advice to 1500 life insurance agents and 100 financial planners- Managed fund of funds for high net worth clients, including portfolio construction, monitoring and rebalancing- Applied Lean Six Sigma Methodology and led project team to improve 50% of fund switching turnaround time - Designed and maintained research database supporting technical analysis, price movement and past investment positions of equity funds, bond funds and hedge funds- Participated in investment training and market view presentations- Prepared product due diligence and analysis reports
