DNEG (LONDON)Production Coordinator in Rigging, Sweatbox, Lighting Projects: Entergalactic (September 2022), Garfield (May 2024)- day to day management within team includes but not limited to check in with crew, ensuring tasks are assigned and tracked; drive any sessions in line with approval process (e.g. dailies, internal reviews, client reviews), record and publish notes from meetings, follow up fixes- track upstream dependencies to project inventory for work- send reports of good-to-go inventory to downstreams on daily basis so teams across sites can pick up working without delay- regular updates of production data in Shotgrid (e.g. create tasks, update status from pending to in progress to milestones completed), generate reports when needed- communicate and collaborate well with production team and CG supervisors to keep accurate information flowing, ensure issues are rectified with high efficiency- respond proactively to questions and requests across departments- prioritize and troubleshoot tasks to ensure delivery- flag resourcing needs timely to reduce possibility of lack of inventory or idle workM PLUS MUSEUM (HONG KONG)Administration Assistant- Work in the Curatorial Department, ensure the administration in travel arrangement, training requisition, procurement, expenses claim, etc are complying the policies and in detail records.- Process documents to and from Director which includes preliminary check, sorting, prioritising, scanning to database, relay information to parties that need follow up actions, etc.- In charge of lead curators' schedules, manage their work itineraries and coordinate with external parties for participation in panels, symposiums, public talks, etc.- Set up recurring team meetings for Sigg, Visual Arts, Design & Architecture, Learning, and Collection team for upcoming exhibitions - Overseas travel arrangements for curators and lead curators, from budgeting, flights and accommodation arrangements, schedule appointments on site, to process trip reports and expenses claims.- Coordinate delivery of art publications globally to museums, artists, stakeholders etc.- Perform general office admin duties including filing, stock taking, etc
