Manage the quality management system as a whole and support process owners in managing their processeso Identify regulatory requirements in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, perform gap analyses and coordinate the implementationo Plan and evaluate changes in collaboration with process owners and follow-up on their implementationo Maintain the quality policy, quality objectives, and quality manual including process overview, key performance indicatorso Support the process owners to implement the policy, regulatory requirements, standards and guidance, and review procedures for conformanceo Communicate the quality policy, quality objectives and quality effectiveness to the organization• Other QA responsibilities includeo Manage several processes as process ownero Organize and perform internal audits and manage external audits and inspectionso Coordinate monitoring and data analysis activitieso Coordinate CAPA activitieso Review complaint and nonconformity reports• In the regulatory processes for medical deviceso Identify regulatory requirements o Develop and review the regulatory strategy

· Process customer orders, arrange RM purchase and production against PO demand.· Attend weekly order meeting and update the order progress, raise foreast order demand according to produciton capacity, progress and RM supply chain situation.· Responsible for NPD, Raw Material sourcing and sample confirmation.· Implement continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes that increase value capture and optimize efficiency and effectiveness Actively participates in projects and teams.· Provide customer service and build up customer relationship via daily communication with customers.· SAP system operation.· Responsible for customers visit and accompany.· Responsible for the layout change announcement and e-proof approval.

· Operate the B2B platforms like Alibaba, Google, Facebook,ect· Developing foreign customers and signing orders· Arrange and follow-up production schedule· Deal with customs clearance, transportation, insurance, etc· Responsible for foreign customers visiting· After-sales service of the exported machines

· Make customer clearance documents to assist Forwarder· Attend domestic exhibitions· Responsible for foreign customers visiting· Maintain connection with old customers
