WeWork: Responsible for the recruitment of corporate and real estate related positions, such as finance module, HR module, Tech module, etc. During this period, a total of 8 different positions were closed.They were: Tax Manager, Accounting Manager, Technical Program Manager, Senior Accountant, Member Billing Analyst, Senior Lead People Operations, Senior Analyst C&B, Corporate Paralegal;2. CIFI: Responsible for HR function recruitment in Shanghai headquarters, involving SSC, HRBP and HRD. 8 candidates were successfully recommended to clients.3. OYO: Mainly responsible for the recruitment of BD and BDM for the core business lines. From November to December 2019, as the TA worked in OYO Shanghai headquarters. Assists customers in recruiting related positions at the headquarters. Meanwhile, responsible for coordinating the recruitment of other vendor;4. Chanel: Mainly responsible for assisting BA recruitment in Shanghai. Including cold call, revisit name list to find suitable candidates.5. PayPal: In the early stage, I was mainly responsible for the recruitment of Non-Tech positions in the BU department and the arrangement of interviews. Then transferred to be responsible for the interview arrangements for Tech related positions. At the same time, responsible for editing and updating tweets on the WeChat platform every week.
