Ticketing Services Manager
CurrentInterpret 18th century history at two of the five living history museums which welcomes thousands of visitors a year.Manage day-to-day customer service activities on all platforms, oversee temporary ticket sales staff, sell tickets, memberships, school and adult group reservations at five historic sites.Configure and operate CRM ticketing software. Troubleshoot customer and coworker technical issues. Work closely with IT, development, accounting, education, retail and ticketing staff to ensure productive communication and efficiency.
