I have worked for over 15 years in a variety of roles, including in hospitality and the NGO sector. I spent several years at Save the Children UK as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Directors and as a Policy Adviser. I proofread and copyedited C-level correspondence, reports, and other materials, daily, and earned a reputation as someone talented and trustworthy. I also created and edited influential reports recommending strategies to successfully end child marriage.I have now branched out as a freelance proofreader and copyeditor where I can combine my strong attention to detail and love of words, with my passion for helping others. I am an Intermediate Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and I have a diploma in proofreading and editing from the College of Media and Publishing.
