Project planning: Integrate and co-ordinate projects, conduct a full impact analysis prior to implementing a project, facilitate and identify critical factors in line with project management principle, complete a roll out schedule and cost analysisProject Implementation: Drive projects, initiatives and products which directly impact business. Provide on-site or virtual support to relevant target audience. Conduct post implementation reviews prior to closure and hand over of the project to business. Monitor progress in relation to deliverables. Identify, resolve or escalate issues with regards to project,products or initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with relevant stakeholders with the purpose of maintaining business unit as the prefered business partner.
