Credit Processing1) Appraising loan proposals by conducting quantitative, qualitative analysis for approval of Credit Committee. 2) Analyses clients’ financial status, evaluate their repayment patterns based on historical data & industry trends to explore potential business opportunity & tailor credit facilities accordingly. 3) Prepares letter of offer, loan agreements until acceptance of loan.Credit Review 1) Manage credit review department & monitor 100 over portfolio accounts, which comprise consumer & business loans on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly basis. 2) Independent reviewer to ensure compliance of covenants imposed as per letter of offer, pre & post-disbursement.3) Propose to restructure credit facilities before loans turn impaired to mitigate loss.4) Initiate investigations on suspected misuse of bills facilities. Submit for resetting of covenants in exchange for collateral, increased interest rate & mandatory repayment.5) Recommends for extension & reinstatement of credit facilities to existing potential clients through availability of the published financial information. 6) Conduct site visitation & telephone verification at the point of loan review.Bancassurance Telemarketing1) Provide solutions to customers’ inquiries, requests, complaints within SLA to ensure customer satisfaction through CRM system. 2) Assess new bancassurance products that will be distributed through telemarketing channel & obtain approval from Risk Management Units before launching.3) Conduct half-yearly and biennial review on existing bancassurance products.4) Exposure to UAT prior to product launching, to ensure system enhancement & process automation are in place to streamline overall Outbound Contact Centre operation.5) Coordinate with IT department & users of business partner to ensure smooth interface between our banking applications & Outbound Call Centre applications.6) Handle monthly reporting on commissions earned through telemarketing products.
