I am in charge of the Shenzhen international small motor & magnetic materials exhibition project. The work includes two parts. The first part is inviting the industrial oversea companies as exhibitors. Through visiting some industrial exhibition to visit clients and researching the marketing situation, search clients in internet, phone calling to find some clients. And also offer some new marketing information to our project leader.The second part is promoting the exhibition in the oversea markets. Cooperate with the industry oversea industrial associations like The Japan Association of bonded Magnetic Materials, UKMagSoc, and American Webcom Communications etc and some oversea media. Sometimes I also need to list our exhibition information in some B2B platform. I am not only maintaining the website and also update the industrials news.主要是负责深圳小电机磁性材料展览会项目的国外推广和业务。推广工作主要是在行业性的b2b网站发布展会信息；寻找国外的媒体合作交换广告资源，推广项目展会；寻找国外同行业的协会合作，邀请协会专业的行业性的人员参与展会组织的展会会议做演讲，安排演讲的事宜，并向协会的会员成员推广展会；寻找国外同行业性质的展会合作，主要是互相做对方的代理，促进推广展会和销售展位的效果。业务方面主要是向国外的企业销售展位，通过电话，邮件方式销售展位。并整理客户系统，开发有意向的客户，了解和分析总结了在国外电机磁性材料市场状况。成果：与日本，美国，英国的行业协会达成合作，支持我们展会的推广和会议工作并与世界各地的媒体交换资源，推广项目展会。 对展会进行招展，了解了市场需求，开发国外新客户。

Took charge of the exhibition invitation project. Majored in inviting the oversea buyers and organized 50-100 buyers’ group to visit some Chinese famous exhibitions in Yiwu, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Sichuan etc.At the same time, during the Canton Fair, I needed to recruit 50 part-time students to collect the oversee buyers information in Canton Fair and train them skills how to promote the other famous exhibitions in Chinese and invite them to join these exhibitions.At last, I got the outstanding performance in my work, super performance to complete the tasks and got the great identity from our boss.策划和执行展会项目。通过对每个展会具体分析讨论策划安排工作。主要执行内容：负责中国国内知名展会的国外采购商邀约工作。通过多种渠道邀约国外采购商参加中国一些知名展会如：东盟博览会、义乌小商品博览会、西部采购大会、深圳电池展、财富鞋展等等。落实和跟踪客商的具体情况，安排酒店入住和做好接待工作，组织参加展会，并且主办采洽会，让采购商和参展商可以进行一对一的采购洽谈，更加有效的促成贸易匹配。广交会期间，带领兼职团队收集外商信息资料和客商邀约，带领团队能力较强，业绩表现突出。
