About Iris Lee

My work experience for over 20 years predominantly revolves around the BPO industry. From landing my first job up to present, I was exposed to various businesses and worked for corporations like Experian, Discover Financial Services, Verizon, AT&T, among others. It helped sharpen my skills and expertise in the field of outsourcing from customer service, technical support, sales to several back office functions.Today at Transec, I work on several aspects of the company together with our incredible team, tapping into business development, recruitment, training, and operations. With a hands-on approach, I focus on improving performance and productivity through problem analysis, coaching strategies, and streamlining processes.My goal is to help SMEs and startups through our bespoke outsourcing solutions and bring their organization to the next level.
