• Supervise on daily operations, manage staff schedule and maintain relationship with customers• Review onboarding of customers ensuring all KYC and EDD requirements have been met including PEP and Sanction identification and assessment• Monitor transactions and customer behavior, conduct detailed and prompt investigation of all AML/CTF incidents and suspicious cases• Review KYC procedure and EDD on escalated suspicious or fraud cases and ensure consistent and timely feedback on those cases • Maintain an up-to-date focus on financial crime, security related trends and emerging issues, and share knowledge obtained with front counter staff• Contribute in SOP and policy making• Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information• Review, analyse and present branch sales performance to managing directors• Assist in planning customer experience strategy for the whole company by analysing monthly customer experience satisfaction report• Adhering to high ethical and professional standards• Responsible for setting up a new branch in Sydney, including - Coordinate new branch opening activities, resources, equipment and information- Liaise with contractors to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise and work with the contractor and company directors to eliminate blockers- Act as the first point of contact and communicate new branch opening status to all participants- Organise marketing events and activities to promote the new branch
