As Program Director it is my job to oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.

As coordinator I coordinated the day-to-day fiscal, administrative, and operational activities of the program. My duties typically included planning and administration, budget management and control, program implementation and administration, internal and external operational/administrative liaison, program marketing, and reporting.

My responsibility was to teach and educate students according to guidelines provided by the NationalCurriculum Framework under the overall guidance of the competent educationauthority;I was expected to to teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities andattainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care by their parents, the principal, the local school board.
