I schedule staffing and ensure supplies for both bar and concessions are available for events. I also do the financial paperwork for both. I recently also started running the reports for profit and loss on the acts scheduled at the theater.

I conduct functional assessments and write Positive Behavior Support Plans for our adult clients in Snohomish County. The other part of my job is to train the staff to the plan and ensure they are following recommendations on how to meet the client needs while assisting them to learn appropriate and safe methods of expressing their needs.
