- Establish report reviewer team and its functionality;- Develop report review work instruction and procedures;- Manage a team of 6 report reviewers ensuring timely review and submission on assessment reports; - Perform report reviews from assessors for a variety of clients, such as SMETA, Tesco, Wal-Mart, Starbucks etc.;- Coordinate and support assessor in responding report inquiries from clients;- Recap report quality issue and support on assessor report quality calibrating training;- Advance report review processes and work flow for quality performance and efficiency.

- Behalf of various brand, leaded in totally 300 assessment-related activities, including factory social and C-TPAT audits, brand protection audits and investigation.- Carried out social compliance assessments in accordance with client Code of Conduct, legal requirements and program related standards;- Perform document review, EHS facility tour and confidential worker interviews ensuring a professional and comprehensive assessments;- Deliver assessment reports within specified timelines with good quality findings and information;
