It Manager
Current- Support aspects of IT for a set group of various clients with on-prem/Azure/cloud environments
- Assist with providing most levels of IT support including desktop/laptop, server, applications and networking support
- Monitor the IT Helpdesk ticketing system for tickets assigned to the queue
- Provide onsite, remote, help desk support and utilize remote monitoring and management tools
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems affecting operating systems, servers, applications, mobile devices, network hardware, and related components
- Communicate with end users and stakeholders and provide updates to their service requests
