It Manager
Current• Support aspects of IT for a set group of various clients with on-prem/Azure/cloud environments• Assist with providing most levels of IT support including desktop/laptop, server, applications and networking support• Monitor the IT Helpdesk ticketing system for tickets assigned to the queue• Provide onsite, remote, help desk support and utilize remote monitoring and management tools• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems affecting operating systems, servers, applications, mobile devices, network hardware, and related components• Communicate with end users and stakeholders and provide updates to their service requests• Perform workstation deployments, hardware, peripherals and software installations• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users such as account creation in Active Directory and O365• Support and troubleshoot O365 Hybrid Tenant configuration and users (Exchange, MFA, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)• Complete monthly health checks of clients’ infrastructure and account• Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 users and licensing management• Check server backups and data integrity• Perform quarterly workstation and hardware warranty audits• Assist clients with project planning and purchasing• Assess upcoming IT expenses for clients and create quarterly budget • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to support staff as needed• Create and maintain internal documentation of clients’ hardware, configurations, and processes to assist team members to better provide client support
