Prepared quarterly business review deck for distribution to management which includes main highlights and commentary on key financial performance variances. Support and lead the annual budget and planning process. Co-ordination and work closely with internal stakeholders - Corporate HQ, regional functional owners and the country finance teams/GMs, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the budget process.Work closely with the APAC VP of finance to model the bookings and revenue numbers to reflect the growth target given by Corporate, financial packages and presentation slides for review and submission to Corporate.Support the month-end closing by scrubbing the data, check for accuracies and completeness and liaise with the finance SSC on any closing issues, abnormalities and discrepancies in the numbers before finalization of the book.

Review the pipeline and get concurrence from the business team on the classification of NEW and EXISTING business for incentives computation.Support and work closely with the VP of transformation and PMO on the SAP implementation project across the globe. Track the project plan and calculate the SAP implementation cost.
