I am currently an APAC land project manager in Microsoft where I coordinate data centre real estate transactions in APAC and ensure that all the projects are delivered promptly. Previously at Changi Airport Group, I work on multiple strategic real estate development projects that involve project management, research, site selection, financial benchmarking, land use planning, consultancy studies and contract negotiation. I also manage and administer leases for airport private developers and over 50 contracts for offices, workshops, and open parking spaces. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions and I enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and partners.
