Engineer of Record for Evraz PALMER RAIL MILL Project

Lead Structural Engineer on numerous single and multi-discipline projects, including:• Stelco Hamilton Works: o #2 Batch anneal and #3 Temper Mill upgrade - converting the existing #2 batch anneal and #3 temper mill facility to a new operating facility to install twelve 4 stack annealing bells, a new AGV bridge, a paper wrapper and refurbishment of #3 temper mill. o Z Line Passivation and Chemical Coater Installation - adding one air knife system, two chemical coaters and a heater section at the Z line between the tension leveler and #6 bridle o Z line coil scale installation - install two new coil scales at #1 and #2 delivery coil cars at #3 galvanized line for a variety of coil size including new scale structure design and installation and existing structure modification. o Tank 26 installation – install a new weak ammonia liquor tank (Tank 26)• Stelco Lake Erie Works: o BOF Separator Elbows Replacement - Replace the BOF Separator Elbows in the OG Gas Cleaning System. o Caste Floor Repair - Repair and replace the deteriorated structural members in the caster floor at the spray chamber area.
