Served as Lead Material Handler which included supervising and tracking all requests from Fabrication Labs (FAB) to ensure delivery of priority orders.Maintained the Maximo Storage system with routine audits of what items were stored, removed, requested and disposed.Approved invoices of materials purchased in the shipping /receiving area and by contractors.Initiated and tracked shipping and receiving of equipment for the Fabrication Labs (FAB) and purchased equipment not stored at the facility.Supervised contractor team for storage fulfillment orders (placement, removal and pickup).

Monitor services provider performance. Spare parts provisioning for various government contracts, including ordering, tracking, and analysis. Warranty reserve responsibility to ensure that adequate reserves are accrued. Resolution of escalated customer warranty issues and service call management and resolution. Pay invoices from service providers and repair vendors.Supply and purchase parts for open calls via JIT system via Oexe2, Pomm and Popp. Obtain spares for our OCONUS service providers from stock located in Plant 4 Spares Inventory. Open RAs against parts sent out on service calls via JIT. Place RMAs for defective products returned via RMA website.
