· Lead team to develop Digital Innovation strategy that fits both Oncology and Healthcare corporate digital strategy.· Managed strategic partnership with Chinese digital giants Alibaba, TenCent, Baidu and other suppliers, successfully implemented digital projects such as Tencent E-drug platform (patient management), Alibaba Health Mdeer and Aidu (public awareness), optimized process and operation in 20 hospital departments and 50 pharmacies to extend DoT, leveraged AI technology to better structure disease awareness content for better patient treatment journey.· Explored new partnerships with media digital platforms such as People’s Daily, TicToc etc., implemented new project to build doctors’ IP by creating their own blog and vlog to increase their personal impact to attract new fans i.e. patients.· As part of Business Unit’s leadership team and corporate Digital Council members, responsible to articulate digital strategy planning and realization recommendations and performance results to the management team.
