Responsible for overseeing the entire Stardoll product and game portfolio, from a production standpoint. Introduced both Kanban and SCRUM to the organization and implemented a number of modern production processes, to raise quality and oversight. I've had great input on vision, strategy and the overall business case.Stardoll is the world’s largest online.

The fund is responsible for allocating money to student research projects that have the potential to fuel further innovation in their respective field. Every year the fund gets over 500 proposals. Board members evaluate each proposal in order to select those that get through the selection process.

The board is responsible for identifying opportunities that can stimulate growth or enhance the environment for Icelandic startup companies. It helps manage relationships between other industry bodies, government officials and seed / startup companies.

I ran the entire production line at the company, sometimes managing up to three projects at once. Responsible for resource allocation, budgeting, time management and overall production quality. Managed senior producers directly, along with a production team of up to 35 people. Responsible for people management on the production floor, including staff.

As a PO I lead the development effort by communicating my vision and intent to the team, outlining work in the scrum backlog, prioritize features and by being the final decission maker for hard product decissions.

As a Senior Producer I was responsible for project milestones and deadlines, long term product planning, resource and staff planning, maintaining and enforcing processes.

Oversaw financial operations, billing and contracts. Responsible for people management resource allocation for projects.

Managed the sales and setup of two dominating systems for the Icelandic market. One system helped lawyers to operate collection agencies while the other was specifically designed for real estate agents. Understood how both businesses operated and could successfully adjust and implement all setup procedures to help clients run a streamlined and smooth.

A one-woman-IT-department responsible for managing the internal network, setting up computers and all software. Helped other staff members with system management. Also worked with a system for lawyers that was later sold to Creditinfo (Lánstraust).
