I am a student at Rutgers University, expected to graduate in 2028 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I am also a certified First Aid/CPR/AED provider by the American Heart Association. Since August 2023, I have been working as an IT Consultant at Rutgers University, where I provide technical support and assistance to teachers, staff, and students.In my role as an IT Consultant, I use my skills in Java, Python, and VPN to troubleshoot computer-related issues, create Help Desk tickets, communicate and collaborate with full-time workers, and maintain a safe and comfortable computing environment. I also help set up and troubleshoot classroom technology, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for students. I am passionate about helping others and solving problems, and I value teamwork, diversity, and innovation. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I speak three languages: Spanish, English, and Mandarin.
