I reviewed and proofread case studies for accuracy, grammatical correctness, and cohesion. I compiled and corrected spreadsheets with case study information for easy and efficient accessibility and navigation. I copyedited and proofread two to four manuscripts weekly as well as deliverables prior to publication to identify and correct any grammatical, spelling, and structural errors as well as ensure accuracy and consistency. I compiled and proofread indexes and tables of contents for manuscripts. I collaborated with various departments to ensure accuracy in all materials and assist in efficient workflow of all manuscripts .

I greeted guests warmly and assist them efficiently with reservations and seating in order to provide best first impression. I directed incoming calls to appropriate departments. I managed a team of five to ten copyeditors and distribute 15-20 article submissions among them for every issue. I reviewed all article submissions to finalize copyedits before sending them off to the proofreading and design team.
