We are known as the founders of The Hogeweyk®. It was our first attempt at a complete de-institutionalisation of the traditional nursing home model. Not an institution, but a place where you can live your life as ordinary as possible. It sounds easy, but doing this sort of thing in healthcare is pretty complicated.
