• Perform internal audit testing and SOX audit testing (i.e. select samples, conduct walk-throughs with process-owners, observation of production procedures, statistical analysis, etc.) and update process narratives; perform tie-outs for quarterly and annual financial reports • Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and correlated JEs, i.e. BOM, COGS, WIP, finished goods, inventory reserves, etc.• Review and research manufacturing costs at month-end to analyze variances, productivity, efficiency, etc.• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets; prepare periodic reviews for planned costs and actual costs• Prepare inventory disclosures and internal financial statements; assist outside auditors with internal audit testing and reviews• Prepare monthly sales reconciliation for subsidiaries and outside trading; provide trade eliminations between headquarters and foreign subsidiaries • Assist with physical inventory counts, prepare variance reports and analysis• Master the use and data downloading of cost accounting system (Infoflo)• Develop future project cost forecasts and conduct correlated analysis

• Prepared and presented financial statements templates to satisfy client’s requirements through Financial Report Studio (by Oracle) • Compiled user’s guide for clients to guide them how to use the system • Provided UAT test for the budget system and negotiated with coding persons to improve user experience and modify F/S templates to help them correct bugs
