CurrentAccomplishments: MANAGEMENT: Manage 5 Commercial Office properties. Schedule maintenance work orders for 50 Residential Homes as well as Commercial Office Properties, manage Annual and 5 Year Fire Department inspections, and all other inspections as needed. Review and code accounts payable, secure proposals for specific repairs, coordinate and schedule approved repairs. Provide informative and instruction correspondence to tenants as needed. Document and create security incident reports. MARKETING: Assist in marketing efforts such as brochures, literature, flyer, e-mail blasts and attend networking events. LEASING: Show office space to prospective tenants and secure tenant renewals. Assist broker with lease negotiations and tenant improvements requests. HUMAN RESOURCES: Assist payroll team member in securing, direct deposit requests, review and submission of employee time cards, manage and generate work related medical referrals, coordinate payroll check disbursement, manage withholding updates, other assignments and duties as requested.
