I started my career in accounting 20+ years ago as a receptionist at a bookkeeping company. I thoroughly enjoy working with all aspects of accounting. I am fortunate and thankful for having the opportunity to work in many industries, I have learned so much throughout my journey. The one important thing I have learned is that I love what I do, I thirst for continual knowledge, and the opportunity to make a difference.I truly value the opportunities that have come my way. I had great teachers and mentors, they encouraged me and helped me grow in my career. I am a responsible, highly self motivated individual, and always strive to put forth great effort to successfully meet any challenges. I believe that my professional background and reference letters will help validate my accounting, administrative, as well as my personal background. I am currently employed with Equity Ag Financial as an in-house Property Manager. This was a position assigned to me on my first day of employment, December 10, 2012. I was originally hired to implement the accounting procedures for five properties located here in Fresno. This was an entirely different and new role for me, definitely out of my comfort zone. I did not question it, I embraced my new role, moved forward with it and I have now successfully mastered it. I enjoy every aspect of it and currently manage five commercial office space properties here in Fresno. On July 16, 2014 I passed the Real Estate Salesperson Exam. I am ready for new challenges and opportunities to grow as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. I enjoy my current position and I am confident that the many years of accounting experience will prove to be a great asset in future endeavors.
