 Generate buy reports for Sr. buyer, convert to purchase orders. Track backorders and ETA’s. Manage prices on items and purchase orders. New Vendor management, updating new and existing contact information in local system. Vendor negotiation to improve date efficiency.  Create and setup new items manually, UPC management, maintain existing items in system and validating discontinued items. Prepare price changes from manufactures on excel format for presentation and final processing. Correct receiving discrepancies from shortages, overages and mis-ships.  Create buyback spreadsheets for items being returned to manufactures. Manage inventory adjustments on A, B, C, or D items to determine which items will remain effective.  Generate debit memos and inventory returns for item(s) going back to manufacturer. Annual product show assistance in preparation of the booth and items.
