👋 Hi there! I'm Rohit Mishra, Founder of 360 PropGuide, where we're shaping the future of real estate one step at a time.From an early age, I've been driven by an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit. Academic success may not have come easily to me, but my insatiable curiosity about how money is made led me to explore various part-time ventures, including my five-year stint as a newspaper hawker.Fast forward to my college years, where I set my sights on the CAT exam. Although I didn't achieve the scores I hoped for, however, I made it to the B School I deserved (although not exactly what I aimed for). Right after that, Instead of diving into the corporate world after graduation, I knew deep down that I wanted to embark on my entrepreneurial journey right away. However, my education loan presented a hurdle, preventing me from pursuing my initial ideas.But destiny had other plans for me—real estate beckoned. Eager to generate quick capital to fund my aspirations and repay my loan, I dived headfirst into the industry. I honed my skills through an internship at a real estate development firm and eventually secured a full-time position at another company in December 2013, just six months before completing my B School journey.The road to success has been filled with ups and downs. In August 2015, while still employed, I launched my first venture, Laundry 360. Balancing a demanding job with my entrepreneurial ambitions, I poured countless hours into both endeavours. However, I soon realised that the business wasn't heading in the right direction, and I made the difficult decision to discontinue it.During this time, in addition to my day job, I developed valuable skills in sales, people management, and digital marketing. Every experience, whether successful or challenging, has contributed to my growth as an entrepreneur.Then came 2018—the year of tough decisions and abundant blessings. I finally took the leap and quit my job to embark on a new venture alongside my colleagues, giving birth to 360 PropGuide.Like any entrepreneur, I've encountered my fair share of highs and lows, but I've always remained steadfast in pursuing my chosen path. As I write this in June 2022, our organisation boasts a team of over 70 dedicated employees and collaborates with more than 200 regular associates and channel partners who have played a pivotal role in our success. Yet, this is merely the beginning of our extraordinary journey.Join me as we revolutionise the real estate industry, driven by passion, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
