• Over all management and supervision of Gender and Development (GAD) Section.• Preparation of annual plans and budget for gender and development.• Mainstreaming gender in to all programs and packages of the organization.• Preparation and implementation of regional Gender Strategy and Action Plans keeping in view the area’s context.• Identify and design innovative women’s development programs addressing their strategic needs.• Hold Gender sensitization workshops for staff. • Organizing and delivery of Gender sensitization workshops/trainings for staff, communities, NGO’s, CSO’s, Govt. line departments, political and religious leaders.• Capacity building and supporting female staff for smooth implementation of Gender and Development programs and package.• Plan, monitor and conduct gender related (case/impact) studies.• Develop linkages for gender awareness and social development of the community organization with other partner organizations.• Facilitate donor visits to Baltistan region.
