As a Community Partner Manager, I have an exciting opportunity to engage at scale with our Shorts creators within the video game space. I essentially recruit, educate, engage, and support our emerging Shorts creator communities across our major language markets.I work with specific creator acquisition, scalable community communications, campaign management, scaled support, and the establishment and execution of an operational model that I optimise over time as the Shorts community grows.- Synthesise creator feedback and recommend and drive changes to existing products, policies, and processes to increase creator satisfaction, activity, and performance.- Provide quarterly market analysis and execute market action plan to ensure an increase in monthly users.- Devise scaled communications plans for various segments of the YouTube Shorts creator community.- Identify, acquire, communicate with, and develop YouTube Shorts creators in the UK. - Collaborate with Marketing and Product on trends and campaigns.

I build content strategy and support our top YouTube partners with their channel’s and growth on our platform. This task involves day to day management of said channel's but also more thorough reviews and content analysis to understand how our partners can grow their channel further.I also provide recommendations on how we can help our partners more which gets sent to various teams including the product team, regional strategic insights team and the leadership team. I am also part of the team which writes and provides external resources and studies for the YouTube creator academy).The YouTube Creator Academy provides free online lessons and courses that help strengthen creators skills, build their audience and optimise their channel for success.
