Payment 30/70% (after the 1st render and final). 3. I work: from 8:00-22:00 hours without days off 4. You can use Pro models (50/50) 5. Unlimited number of angles. 6. According to the TK, or from a photo. 7. Render sizes - 2000 pixels on the large side. 8. I show a preview. 9. I do not model complex models that are not in the database, but I transform them.WORKFLOW: 1. Create a visualization according to your plan 2. Making corrections. 3. You show the client. 4. We make corrections again. 5. Then the final work.WARRANTIES: If I don't complete the work on time, the room visualization will be discounted (-50%).About me.I have been an artist for many years. I have six years experience as a Master of Artistic molding on the wall, as well as painting on the walls. ​I have a twenty years experienceas Master of Handmade, teacher of additional education and artistic direction. I also have a six years experience of teaching in Ukraine and Belarus. ​My points of strenght are the ability of working in a team, my organizational skills and my diligent. I am a very creative person who always strives for new challenges. I love working on projects of increasing complexity, as these give me the opportunity to improve my skills and develop myself as specialist. ​A am currently doing 3D Visualization of interiors, as I have been wanted to do it for a long time. I have been doing visualization since September of last year. I'm taking training at @Visual360.​Because of my many years of experience, I am a rational person and like to to create the most comfortable working conditions for myself and my clients. I have a large database of models, and I also create a database of materials: wood, fabric, glass, metal, marble, stone, etc. This speeds up the visualization of the Interior project. The average rendering time is 2-3 days.
